WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION NOTICE OF GENERAL LIEN
Take notice that a general lien is claimed by the warehouseman on the goods subject to this warehouse receipt, for charges and expenses incurred by depositor in relation to goods other than those deposited subject to this warehouse receipt. This lien covers charges and expenses incurred in connection with such other goods regardless of when those goods were deposited and remains effective notwithstanding delivery of whose other goods. This lien is in addition to the warehousemans normal lien for charges incurred in the storage, handling, and transportation of goods subject to this warehouse receipt.
The amount or rate of these charges is specified to be $[rate of charges] Dollars.
